To visitors of the Valyrian website, enterprise and government customers, partners, and users of Valyrian solutions including but not limited to network intelligence, cybersecurity platforms, compliance systems, and products such as Aegis-100. Valyrian may collect information provided directly by users when submitting forms, requesting demonstrations, contacting support, or engaging in business communications. Such information may include names, business contact details, company information, job titles, and other data voluntarily provided during professional interactions. In addition to user-submitted information, Valyrian may automatically collect technical and operational data when users access digital services, including IP addresses, browser information, device identifiers, session logs, and usage analytics intended to improve system performance, security, and user experience.
Valyrian services are intended for lawful business and professional use by authorized individuals, enterprises, telecommunications operators, government entities, and partners. Access credentials and account permissions must be protected and used only by authorized personnel.
For enterprise
For enterprise or government customers deploying Valyrian solutions within telecommunications networks or organizational infrastructure, the customer remains responsible for ensuring lawful use, regulatory compliance, and adherence to applicable legal frameworks. Valyrian provides technology tools and capabilities, while operational configuration, policy enforcement, and compliance decisions remain under the authority of the deploying organization. Any lawful interception or monitoring features must be used in accordance with applicable national laws and regulations.
Information collected by Valyrian is used to provide and maintain services, improve platform performance, enhance security capabilities, respond to inquiries, deliver requested demonstrations or documentation, comply with legal obligations, and develop new features aligned with customer needs. Valyrian does not sell personal data to third parties. Valyrian may share information with trusted service providers, infrastructure partners, or legal authorities when necessary to operate services, maintain security, fulfill contractual obligations, or comply with applicable laws and regulations. Any such sharing is conducted under appropriate confidentiality and data protection safeguards.
